 eDoorways Executive Team

When developing a product and service offering like that of eDoorways, it is essential we surround ourselves with some of the best and brightest while not burdening the company with expensive executive salaries during our start-up phase. To achieve this, we opted to engage the services of various professionals and employ them on a consultancy basis. These individuals act much like an executive staff only they are not exclusive to the company. Each of them remains firmly emerged in their respective industries, furthering the knowledge and expertise they bring to eDoorways. Each of them is a self-starter, a thought leader and an executor, all laser focused on meeting our objectives.

The courage and dedication each of our consultants has demonstrated is undeniably unwavering. They have spent countless hours, nights and weekends throughout the past year working diligently to conceptualize and create the multi-tiered platform of eDoorways and deliver the first beta version of SOLVE this December. They have and will continue to work equally as hard, striving to ensure the national roll out of SOLVE, the deployment of six additional doorways beginning with LEARN, taking eDoorways mobile and enhancing the world of wireless communications with our own brand of connectivity devices. This is our team – a group of individuals who believed so profoundly in the vision of eDoorways that for most, 100% of their contract cost was paid in restricted stock. Even with the recent increase of our credit facility, they have continued to preserve capital taking small cash payments on a portion of their contracts, while forgoing their restricted stock payments, shifting to preferred shares. This is evidence of the level of commitment demonstrated by these individuals as well as the method we have used to afford eDoorways a powerhouse squad of overachievers. Each of our consultants has the option to sign on as full-time executives with many already expressing interest to fill officer roles in 2010. It is our pleasure to introduce the eDoorways’ “Leadership Team”.
